The flagship
One spine. Any business.
Lead to delivery to reporting in one connected environment, carrying your identity rather than ours. Scope, workflow and permissions are proposed only after we understand the business.
The same beginning. The same end. A middle built for you.
Every business we build for shares the same first four stages and the same last one. What happens in between is the part we design — which is why the Custom OS is scoped after Discovery, not before it.
Only the middle changes. That is the whole design: a lead is a lead and an invoice is an invoice in every company — but no two companies do the work in between the same way, and no template should pretend otherwise.
One industry, worked through
From pitch to published.
An index entry proves the shape fits. It does not prove we understand the work. So here is one row of that table opened up — the same treatment any industry gets in Discovery, before a line of it is built.
Media buys, influencer and vendor bookings, production, print and venue costs — booked against a campaign, not just a client, so one retainer can carry several.
Each cost is flagged recoverable or absorbed at the moment it is booked — not reconstructed at month end.
Brief, concept, creative, internal review, then the client approval rounds — each one logged, dated and attributed. The calendar shows what is drafted, what is waiting on you, and what is scheduled.
Rounds are counted against the number quoted. Scope creep becomes visible on round three — not in the argument after the invoice.
Scheduled, published or distributed; coverage and results captured against the campaign that paid for them; the client report assembled from what is already in the system.
The monthly report stops being a night's work in a slide deck.
This page is swappable. Every industry in the index gets this treatment before it is built. If you are not an agency, the version you are holding should say so — ask for yours.
What a Custom OS can include
One company. Different teams. One source of truth.
Capabilities are selected, not switched on by default. Everything below is available; what you receive is what the workflow actually requires.
Role-based access
Every user sees what they are authorised to see. Super Admin controls users and permissions.
Sensitive-data protection
Phone numbers or internal datasets can be hidden and unlocked only through authorised controls.
Reminders & notifications
Software should not just store information. It should remind people when something needs attention.
External logins
Dealers, distributors, architects or vendors can receive controlled access where the workflow requires it.
Mobile-ready experience
Installable web/PWA experiences can be provided. Native App Store / Play Store apps are not part of the standard offering.
Integrations
Existing tools can be assessed. Feasibility depends on the software, API access and your current environment.
WhatsApp — optional
For Custom OS projects, WhatsApp integrations may be added where technically feasible and commercially agreed.
Controlled data movement
Imports can be enabled broadly; sensitive exports remain controlled by Super Admin or authorised PIN rules.
Commercial model
Scoped, then quoted once.
Custom OS carries a floor, not a rate card. After Discovery you receive a single customised quote for your scope — never a menu of package bands to choose between.
