Capabilities are selected, not switched on by default. Everything below is available; what you receive is what the workflow actually requires.
Role-based access
Every user sees what they are authorised to see. Super Admin controls users and permissions.
Sensitive-data protection
Phone numbers or internal datasets can be hidden and unlocked only through authorised controls.
Reminders & notifications
Software should not just store information. It should remind people when something needs attention.
External logins
Dealers, distributors, architects or vendors can receive controlled access where the workflow requires it.
Mobile-ready experience
Installable web/PWA experiences can be provided. Native App Store / Play Store apps are not part of the standard offering.
Integrations
Existing tools can be assessed. Feasibility depends on the software, API access and your current environment.
WhatsApp — optional
For Custom OS projects, WhatsApp integrations may be added where technically feasible and commercially agreed.
Controlled data movement
Imports can be enabled broadly; sensitive exports remain controlled by Super Admin or authorised PIN rules.

Approval & Start
PO or approval, agreement and confidentiality terms are completed. Development begins only after the agreed advance is received.
Build & Handover
One authorised client POC coordinates feedback. Progress updates stay simple. Full project payment is received before final handover.
Warranty & Continuity
Custom OS 30 days; À la Carte and Industry Solutions 15 days. Thereafter hosting and maintenance continue; material new development is quoted separately.
